CONCEPT
発酵レザーとは、菌株にお茶や砂糖を混ぜ、それらの発酵作用によって菌株が伸びて成長することでできるお茶由来の素材である。
本研究では、発酵レザーの素材作りから始め、持続可能な衣服への可能性を探るため、発酵レザーを取り入れたデザインとその縫製方法及び素材や副資材の適合について研究を行い、衣服への応用や発展を目指す。

Fabric Recipe: Leather Fermentation
CONCEPT
Fermented leather is a tea-derived material made by mixing tea and sugar with strains and growing through their fermentation.
In this study, in order to explore the possibility of sustainable clothing, the design and sewing method of fermentation leather are studied, and the application and development of materials and subsidiary materials are aimed at.
