メンズ服とレディース服の比較と調和－『道徳経』第四十二章より
CONCEPT
『道徳経 』とは中国の春秋時代の思想家老子が書いたと伝えられている書である。2篇81章からなる同書から第42章内の「万物負陰抱陽、沖氣爲和（萬物が陰と陽を含め、陰と陽がお互い影響して、和に至ること）」という教えを本研究のコンセプトとする。このコンセプトを元にメンズ服とレディース服（陰と陽）が調和する衣服制作ができないかと考えた。そこで、メンズ服とレディース服の衣服パターンと縫製仕様の比較研究を行い、メンズ服とレディース服の調和したジェンダーレスなリアルクローズを制作した。

Comparison and harmony between men’s and ladies’ clothes: Tao Te Ching Chapter 42
CONCEPT
“Tao Te Ching” is a book that is said to have been written by the Chinese spring and autumn era thinker Laozi. From the same book consisting of 2 volumes and 81 chapters, the teaching in Chapter 42, “The created universe carries the yin and the yang; Through the union of the pervading principles it reaches harmony.” Is the concept of this research. Based on this concept, I wondered if it would be possible to create clothing that harmonizes men’s clothing and women’s clothing (yin and yang). Therefore, we conducted a comparative study of clothing patterns and sewing specifications for men’s and women’s clothing, and created a genderless clothes that harmonize men’s and women’s clothing.
