近年、アウトドアスポーツの流行により、登山を楽しむ人々が増えている。登山には、荷物を運ぶ手助けやガイドをサポートしてくれるポーターの存在が欠かせない。本研究は、重要な任務をこなす傍ら、常に危険と隣り合わせで活動する3か国のポーターに着目し、異なる地域の労働環境や標高を考慮したポーター向けの衣服を制作した。この研究が過酷な任務をこなすポーターたちにスポットを当て、労働環境改善の一助となることを期待する。

In recent years, with the rising popularity of outdoor sports, there has been an increase in people enjoying mountaineering. Porters, who assist in carrying loads and support guides, are essential for mountain climbing. This study focuses on porters from three different areas who perform crucial tasks while constantly facing danger. It aims to create clothing specifically designed for porters, considering the different environments and altitudes in these regions.I hope that this project will contribute to improving their working conditions by highliting the porters who carry out the demending tasks.
